How is the billing arranged if different Services are provided by different firms?

Two firms can't use same location to provide Services. Each firm must always create a new Location.


Which different billing options are available?

Prima Locations offers three different billing options:

  • Monthly Billing with Fixed Price. Default billing option for Virtual Office Services.
  • One-time Billing. Default billing option for Meeting Rooms.
  • Monthly Billing based on Agreed Price. Default billing option for Business Services.

What are Locations and Services?

Locations are addresses which can offer Services. Each Service belongs to a Location. These Services can vary widely depending on the Location offering them.

This site works so that physical address is the Location and Services will be added to the Location. For further information please see below.


How do I add my Location?


Adding new Location:


  • 1. Login to the page. You can find the "Log in" button from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  • 2. Click "Add Your Location" button. You can find this button from the front page. You can also go to "My Locations" by clicking the button from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  • 3. Fill in the information about your Location.

Description fields:


    • 3.1. Title: Title should be the street of Your Location. You can name your Location however you like but we (Prima Locations, PL) suggest that you name it by its Address like "Mannerheimintie 12".
    • 3.2. Webpage: Fill in the URL of the Location.
    • 3.3. Description: Describe your Location. Length of the description should be maximum around two paragraphs.

Address fields:


        • 3.5. Fill in the address of your Location. This is used for displaying the Location on the map. If necessary, you can move the marker to the correct position after filling the fields.
        • 4. Accept the Host Delivery Agreement and click "Save and continue". You will be redirected to the Image Gallery page.
        • 5. At the Image Gallery page you must upload pictures of your Location in order to continue. After you have uploaded pictures, select the Album Cover which will be the main picture of your Location. Click "Save".
        • 6. After adding new Location, you will be redirected to adding Services to your Location.

How do I add Services to my Location?


Adding Services to the Location:


        • 1. Begin by selecting Service Type. You can choose from Virtual Office, Business Service and Meeting Room.

Virtual Office:


        • 2.1. Title: This is the title of the Virtual Office Package. You can name it how you want.
        • 2.2. Short Description: Short Description of the Service.
        • 2.3. Long Description: Longer Description of the Service. This description can be as long as you want as it is showed in a popup.
        • 2.4. Service Agreement: Terms and Conditions of the Service. There are no character limits.
        • 2.5. Virtual Office Services: Choose the services you wish to include in the Virtual Office Package. Remember that you can customize and add up to a three different Virtual Office Packages.
        • 2.6. Price: Fill in the desired price.

Business Service:


        • 2.1. Business Category: Select the desired category of your Service.
        • 2.2. Title: Title of the Service.
        • 2.3. Short Description: Short Description of the Service.
        • 2.4. Long Description: Longer Description of the Service. This description can be as long as you want as it is showed in a popup.
        • 2.5. Service Agreement: Terms and Conditions of the Service. There are no character limits.
        • 2.6. Price or RFO: Business Service price type is always RFO, short for Request an Offer.

Meeting Room:


      • 2.1. Title: Title or name of your Meeting Room.
      • 2.2. Short Description: Short Description of the Meeting Room.
      • 2.3. Long Description: Longer Description of the Meeting Room. This description can be as long as you want as it is showed in a popup.
      • 2.4. Service Agreement: Terms and Conditions of the Meeting Room. There are no character limits.
      • 2.5. Price: Fill in the desired price.
      • 2.6. Meeting Room Capacity: Amount of seats.
      • 2.7. Minimum booking: Minimum booking time for the Meeting Room.
      • 2.8. Meeting Room Image: Photo of the Meeting Room. If you choose to not upload image, Album Cover will be used as the default image of the Meeting Room.
